Week 17: Seafood – Baked Fish & Chips
This was another recipe grabbed from the much appreciated What to Cook and How to Cook it by Jane Hornby. I can definitely see this being a go-to quick weekday meal. Fast, easy, and delicious. The recipe included a homemade tartar sauce which I was really excited to make from scratch and it was a great accompaniment to the fish (naturally). If you don’t have this book, buy it. Buy it now!
