Week 19: Steaming – Oven Steamed Salmon with Blueberry Balsamic Reduction


When originally faced with this challenge, all we could think was how boring. Steaming is so plain!

But this dish was a huge hit despite our hesitations; a perfect end to a warm spring day, it felt like the perfect summer welcoming dish.

It was accompanied by a quinoa salad thrown together with edamame, arugula greens,and sliced almonds.
