Week 23: Avocado – Chocolate Avocado Smoothie
The creaminess of avocado wasn’t something that we realized could be used as a base in sweet foods. When we found this recipe for an avocado smoothie, we knew it was a combination we had to try. It was a simple combination that turned out great, and can easily be altered to different tastes. I would love to try it with some whey or coconut milk.
